Insurance

For those patients with insurance, our office is contracted with many different insurance plans. These are some of the insurance plans with which we contract:

• Delta
• Metlife
• Aetna
• Cigna
• Humana

The above list is a small partial listing of all the insurance plans we work with, and if you do not see your plan here, please contact us for the complete list. Chances are excellent that we will be able to acommodate your plan.

We require insurance co-payments to be made at the time of service, and will bill your insurance based on the most accurate information we have on your policy. We have electronic access to most insurance plans and our office manager, Kathleen, has extensive experience in the field and is an expert at helping you get the most from your benefits. You can also help by keeping your information with us up to date by letting us know whenever you have a change in your policy.
